Honorary professorship awarded to Dr. Oliver Karnau

Congratulations!

On 28 May 2025, Dr. Oliver Karnau was awarded the title of Honorary Professor. Dr. Karnau has been a long-standing lecturer at the Chair of History and Theory of Architecture since the 2009/10 winter semester.

He has made a decisive contribution to teaching in the field of heritage conservation over many years. With this appointment, the department honors his continuous commitment and outstanding professional expertise.
