Prof. Angela Madeo receives the TU Dortmund University Internationalization Award 2025

Prof. Dr Angela Madeo was awarded the TU Dortmund University's Internationalization Award 2025 for her commitment to setting up and coordinating the international Master's degree course "Mechanics of Sustainable Materials and Structures (MS²)".

At this year's Gambrinus Forum, Prof. Dr Angela Madeo was awarded the TU Dortmund University's Internationalization Prize in the teaching category. The award recognizes her exceptional contribution to the establishment and coordination of the international Master's degree course "Mechanics of Sustainable Materials and Structures (MS²)".

This multiple Master's degree course is jointly organized by TU Dortmund University, the University of Trento and the École Centrale de Nantes. This year, it received the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's funding from the European Union, which further underlines its academic quality and intercultural significance.

Prof. Madeo took the opportunity to thank TU Dortmund University and the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering for their continuous support. She would also like to express her sincere thanks to all colleagues involved in the Master's program in the three countries and to the young staff who have contributed to its success.
