Learning from Pompeii
As part of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme Learning From Pompeii, five students from Dortmund took part in a workshop in Naples, where they studied the urban structures of antiquity. Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) offer teachers and students new and creative opportunities for international educational cooperation and participation in jointly designed courses. They were first launched with the new Erasmus Generation 2022 and consist of a semester-long online seminar, which is followed by a short, intensive stay at the organizing university. We are delighted that students from our faculty were the first to have the opportunity to take part in a BIP and would like to thank our partners at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II for organizing the event.
